Abstract

A screen of a DNA-encoded library of PICCOs was screened against streptavidin (SA) resulting in the isolation of a high affinity ligand. The X-ray crystal structure of this complex is presented, providing the first detailed view of how a PICCO molecule interacts with a protein.
